Melt-Blown pure blown polypropylene cartridge – MB series

MB filter cartridges are manufactured by blowing 100% pure polypropylene fibres (FDA certified for contact with drinking water). The special blowing technology allows the production of a selective filter structure.

The technology used in this type of filter cartridge allows contaminants to be retained throughout the entire thickness of the cartridge, resulting in the accumulation of solid material without causing significant pressure drops.

The absence of adhesives or colourants ensures optimal chemical compatibility with any type of treated liquid, offering high versatility of use.

The blowing process used completely eliminates the risk of particles, fibres or other residues being released from the cartridge.

When filtering specific liquids, verify the chemical compatibility of polypropylene.

For containers with ½”, ¾” and 1” connections, MB cartridges are available in the DOE (double opened end) version. For containers with 1¼‘ and 1½’ connections, MB cartridges are available in the SOE 222 version with double O-ring seal and bottom plate.
